Description
The UNCW Clinical Supervision Series is an eight-part learning series geared towards supervisors in all stages of their development. This program blends didactic evidence-based clinical supervision material with a hands-on Clinical Assessment Lab to practice skills in a small cohort. The program will help prepare supervisors for supervision exams and provide participants with the necessary skills and information to successfully guide the work of others, more confidently develop supervisees, mitigate legal and ethical concerns, and implement assessment tools to monitor development. Participants will work closely with the facilitator and cohort on their own personal development plan to maximize value from the learning series.
