This presentation will delve into some of the most commonly required tests for medical devices, what purpose these tests serve, and briefly describe how they are conducted.

Bio: Dr. Yvonne Nyavor is Boston Analytical's Microbiome Principal Scientist and works with microbiome clients for regulatory testing of microbiome products according to FDA and cGMP guidelines. Yvonne has broad expertise in the microbiome field and also in clinical microbiology, neurogastroenterology and immunology. Yvonne holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Idaho with a focus on the gut microbiome and gastroenterology.
