The Plant Based Foods Institute (PBFI) and Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA) are partnering with North Carolina Biotechnology Center and North Carolina Future of Food Coalition (NC FFC) to host this event.

As North Carolina continues to power food & beverage industries through research and supply chain growth, there is a growing demand to examine growth opportunities for domestic supply networks that can support the rapid growth of the plant-based food industry while centering innovation, nutrition and health. The Shaping the Future of Food: Putting Plants at the Center of the Plate Summit brings visibility to the work of North Carolina-based stakeholders working in plant based foods, alternative proteins and food systems transformation in the state.
